Where do I go if I have questions about my card or transactions ?

    I have yet to find a way to talk to a human being regarding this account.  The first day of funding my account, a transaction of $10 that was not authorized occurred in my account.  In order to dispute any transaction, you have to lock your card and lose any means of obtaining your funds until it’s remedied.  And all of that without ever speaking to an actual, person.  Rather shady if you ask me
