Once you’ve opened your Lana banking account, you'll receive your debit card in the mail within 7 business days. If it has been more than two weeks, and you haven't received your personalized card, please contact our banking support team at (844) 260-0909.
🔥TIP 🔥Check if the address you signed up with is the same as your physical mailing address. If not, change the address in the Profile section of your Lana account, and call the number above so we can send a replacement card to the new address!
